My experience at the hotel was far from enjoyable. I arrived late, and my room was in a dire state, dirty and clearly not cleaned. The food options were limited and often inedible, which was a huge letdown. There were serious issues with staff behavior, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, it felt like the hotel was not taking care of the guests at all.
